Report Items Damaged or Missing iOS App

Jumpstart the Damaged & Missing Item Workflow from within the RW Elephant iOS App.

Your crew can notify you of a damaged or missing Item before the truck even returns back to your warehouse from an event.

Please Note:

Reporting an Item as Damaged or Missing from within the iOS App does not update inventory counts. Once an Item is reported, a designated team member will be notified to manage the Item from a desktop computer.

Head to the Deliveries section of the RW iOS App. Select an Order and choose a Checklist.

Swipe from right to left on an Item to mark it Damaged or Missing.

Selecting one of these options will open a new view for entering details about the Item. 

Choose the quantity of the Item that was damaged or missing. 

Write any notes about the incident. Take photos of damages onsite. 

Repeat the process for any other Items on the Checklist.

After an Item is reported Damaged or Missing and is checked off, a Damage icon (broken glass icon) will appear in the upper right corner of the checklist.

Selecting this icon will take you to a page to manage, edit, or delete any reported Items.

From this screen, select an Item to edit or view the Damaged or Missing Report.

Damaged Items will have a pink cracked glass icon next to it.

Missing Items will have an orange binoculars icon next to it.

To delete a reported Item, swipe from right to left over the Item. A red “Delete” option will appear on the right. Select “Delete” to remove the reported Item.

Once the Checklist is completed (i.e. all Items are checked off), a Damage Alert Email will be sent to the designated team member(s) reporting all of the Damaged and Missing Items from the Checklist.

The office staff will take it from here to manage the Item through the Damaged & Missing Item Workflow.
