Terms & Conditions Text Formatting

This new feature gives you the ability to stylize your Order Terms & Conditions within RW Elephant. Help your customers navigate your Terms and direct their attention to the most important parts of your rental contract.

In this update, we’ve introduced the following style options:

• Headings
• Bold, italicize, & underline
• Hyperlinks
• Bulleted & numbered lists
• Left, center, & right justify
• Indenting

These style choices will apply to the Terms at the end of your Invoice PDFs as well as your online payment pages for customers to sign in agreement digitally.

Order Emails Report

The new Order Emails Report will export a list of all the email addresses associated with Contacts on Orders in a given time frame.

Looking to send an email blast to customers from last year? Or need to send an upsell email to Customers with events in the next month? This report will generate all the email addresses you need to prep your email marketing blasts.

Last-Minute Proposal Payments

Sometimes there isn’t enough time to collect two payments on last-minute Orders. Now you can choose to automatically require full payment for any Proposals that fit your last-minute parameters.

Decide if Proposals within X Days of the Event require payment in full. This will apply to any new Proposals created as well as open Proposals that have yet to confirm.

Enable this new feature by configuring your parameters within Order Settings.
