Flip Window
Setup and Teardown Windows are a great way to note additional time windows on Orders. But there’s another time window you may find yourself struggling to keep track of: the Flip. But now you can keep track of that right within RW Elephant.
A Flip Window is the time that your staff needs to “flip” an Item or Items from one section of the event to another. For example, if the chairs used in the wedding ceremony need to be moved to the reception during cocktail hour, you’ll want to make sure your team knows the timeframe they have to make it happen.
Archiving Users
When you need to say goodbye to an employee, you can now Archive their RW User.
Archiving a User will keep their historical data (edits made to Orders, iOS Checklists they worked on, etc.) intact. It will also free up a spot to add a new User so that you don’t have to worry about reaching your User Limit (varies by Plan).
