Metrics are only accessible for Users with Admin permissions.
Navigate to the Metrics icon in the upper left corner of your browser window.
Total Proposals are broken down into:
- Proposals Expiring Within 3 Days
- All Open Proposals
Use the Total Proposals Metric to see how many Proposals need attention and the total value of those Proposals.
PROPOSALS EXPIRING WITHIN 3 DAYS
To see which specific Proposals are expiring within the next 3 days, navigate to the Orders icon in the upper left corner of your browser window. Proposals expiring within 3 days will have a yellow Order Gauge next to them in the list of Orders.
Default Proposal Expiration Dates are set within Order Settings in your Account.
The Expiration Date of a Proposal can also be manually changed within the Order in the Event & Contact Detail tab under “Expiration Time.”
ALL PROPOSALS
The Total Proposals Metric will also show the total number and value of all current Proposals (not including Archived Orders).
This Metric will help you see the potential value of sales that are currently open and waiting to be converted.
