Metrics are only accessible for Users with Admin permissions.
Navigate to the Metrics icon in the upper left corner of your browser window.
The Number of Upcoming Metric displays how many of the following are coming up this week and next week:
- Deliveries & Pick-ups
- Will-Calls & Returns
Number of Upcoming “Deliveries & Pick-ups” are based on Delivery Orders. This calculates the total number of Delivery Windows and Return Windows in the next 7 days and the next 8-14 days.
The same applies to Will-Call Orders.
For instance, your crew may be out on 6 Deliveries and 4 Pick-Ups this week, for a total of 10 “Deliveries & Pick-Ups.” Whereas, your Will-Call Orders are low this week with 1 Will-Call & 2 Returns for a total of 3 “Will-Calls & Returns.”
This metric comes in handy when looking at the weeks ahead and determining if it will be a busy/slow week out on the road and in your warehouse.
