Default PDF Attachments
Have an important document you want to EVERY new Order you create? Perhaps you want to include important reminders or your Company Fact Sheet. Now you can upload it within your Invoice Settings so your PDF will be attached to all of your Orders by default.
More Power to Modify Your PDFs
Every boutique event rental business is different so we want you to make your Proposals, Confirmed Orders, Delivery Tickets, and Pull Tickets look just the way you want them. We’ve given you more power to change labels and regions within your Order PDFs. You can now change “Order” to “Invoice” if you need to or make Conceptual Item Quantities appear if you’d like for them to. Read through our Template Labels article and our Template Regions article to see more.
Owned Inventory Report
Use this new report to see what you own today. You’ll be able to check out which Items are in your collection as of today’s date.
As always, you’ll need to log out of RW Elephant and clear your cache in order to experience these great new features.
