
Email Templates 2.0
Custom Email Templates within RW have leveled up! We’ve introduced more filtering options when creating Custom Emails within RW as well as streamlined Reference Tags.
This update includes the addition of the following filters:
- New Order Statuses: Cancelled & Damaged
- Order Type: Delivery & Will-Call
- Balance Status: None, Positive, & Negative
- Autopay Status: Set to Autopay & Not set to Autopay
- Recipients field: Enter which email addresses on the Order should receive the email with new Reference Tags for Coordinator Email & Onsite Contact Email
We’ve also made adding Reference Tags even easier. You can now access a list of the available References Tags by simply typing “##” anywhere in the email. This will give you a drop-down menu to select the Reference Tag of your choice.
Additionally, here are new Reference Tags you can include in your emails:
- Coordinator Company
- Delivery Window
- Return Window
- Rental Rep Email Address

Gratuity through Online Payment Pages
Enable the option for your customers to add Gratuity to their Order through the Online Payment Pages.
You can do this in one of two ways.
OPTION 1: Enable Gratuity as a step within the existing payment pages. From “Step 2: Payment Detail” your customers will be able to enter a custom gratuity amount that will automatically be added to their total so they can pay all in one step.
OPTION 2: Create a Custom Email Template and include the Reference Tag ##GRATUITY_LINK## to send customers to a stand-alone Gratuity page. This is a great option to send to customers after their event.
In either instance, you’ll be able to enter a custom message that appears before the Gratuity section. Gratuity paid through the Online Payment Pages will be automatically added as a new Line Item within the Order with a note of the date of the payment.

Other Updates:
- Generate Multi-Order Picklists by Event Date or Off-the-Shelf Time
- New Item Label sizes: Avery 3.5×5 and Avery 99x139mm A4
- Confirmed Orders will become Completed when the Restock Date has passed and the balance is $0
- Processed Payments by Payment Date Report and Processed Payments MTD Metric now display “Account Holder” and “Payment Type” (Credit, Debit, or ACH)
- Autopayments have been added to the Order History tab
- GLITCH FIX: Within Template Regions, the “Payment Box” tick box for Confirmed Orders is now working as expected
