Metrics are only accessible for Users with Admin permissions.
Navigate to the Metrics icon in the upper left corner of your browser window.
The Days Open Metric calculates the average amount of days that lapse from the date an Order is created to the date it is either Confirmed or Cancelled.
The averages are calculated over the past 6 months.
Proposals display the average number of days open from creation date to today’s date for all current Proposals.
Confirmed Orders calculate the average number of days from the date the Proposal Order was created to the date is was Confirmed. The same goes for Cancelled Orders.
Use the Days Open Metric to gauge how effective your sales process is.
