The forums are full of articles, how-to videos, and announcements. This is a great starting point for new users or people who want a quick answer to their question.
Another great thing: community interaction. If you have questions or ideas, post ‘em on the Help Site so other users can interact, vote, and help too. We’ll also keep our eyes on the forums to see what feature requests.
With the Help Site, we’ve also launched a new ticketing system. If you don’t know already, the best way to report a bug, ask a question, or share your feedback is through email@example.com. Sending us an email there will help us keep track of communication and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you want to submit your ticket directly through the Help Site, you can do that here as well.
