Batch PDF Export
Prep for upcoming events in lightening speed with RW’s new Batch PDF Export. Generate multiple Order PDFs in just a few clicks. Choose the date range, the types of PDFs, and RW will send you a download of all the PDFs in one.

Will-Call Management
Keep track Will-Call events as they come in and out of your warehouse directly in the Planning Calendar. After a Client comes to pick-up or return pieces, click on the given Will-Call event within the Calendar and it will turn gray to signify that it’s done.
New Item Pop-Up
Now when you add a new Item, a pop-up will appear to enter the required fields to create an Item.
Also, Items have gotten new labels through the new Item Type. Let RW know up front whether the Item is a Rental Item (inventory that’s rentable) or Conceptual Item (fees, discounts, etc.).
Item settings have also been moved to the new Item Settings icon next to Item Name.

- Users with Facades can now search by Facade name within the Order search bar
