If you need to know how an Item within your collection is being used, you’ll want to check out the Item’s Usage.
Navigate to the “Items” icon in the upper left corner of your browser window.
With the Item’s Category or “All Items” selected in the left column, choose the Item you’re looking for in the second column.
Then click on the “Usage” tab for the Item.
Here you’ll be able to see all of the Orders the Item has been used on. If you ever need to know when an Item is being used or what Order an Item is on during a particular time period, this is the best place to go.
If you’re looking for the availability of an Item, the fastest way to find it is to create a quick Order.
Navigate to the “Orders” icon in the upper left corner of your browser window.
At the top of the left column, click the “+” button to create a new Order.
Click the green “Edit Order” button and skip down to the “Off-the-Shelf Time” fields. Enter a date and time and then tab to the next field. Enter a Restock Date and Time.
Then click on the green “Save Order” button.
Click on the “Line Items” tab for the Order and then the “Edit Order” button. Now from the left column, search for the Item to add to the Order.
Once you’ve found the availability for the Item or Items in question, you can delete the Order or go back and fill out the rest of the pertinent information.
