New User Roles: Facilitator and Order Editor
We’ve added two new User Roles to give you more options for your team.
Facilitators can access all of RW Elephant except for Account Settings. This Role is perfect for managers who need a higher level of permissions.
Order Editors can only edit Orders and Contacts. You might choose this Role for your sales reps.

Item Image Popover
Expand Item images while editing Orders!
Hover your cursor over an Item’s thumbnail image to see a larger view of the Item’s primary photo. You’ll love being able to see more detail as you’re putting together your beautiful Rental Orders.
Other Updates
- RW Pay Users with ACH enabled can now set time limits for receiving ACH Payments. Limit the number of days before the Event you’re willing to receive ACH via your Online Payment Page (before your require payment by credit card instead) so you can ensure your payments clear before you load your trucks.
- Enhanced Inventory searchability within RW Elephant: find what you’re looking for even if you search with an alternate spelling.
