When you add an inventory item to the line items field of your orders RW will add the full available quantity.
You can edit the quantity of the item either for the first time it is added to the Order or to make changes based on a client’s changing needs.
Go to the applicable order.
Click the green “Edit Order” button.
Double-click on the item’s quantity. It will turn blue and create a field for you to type.
Delete the current quantity and type in the new quantity. Press enter.
If you type “0” and press enter the item with be deleted from the Order.
Click the green “Save Order” button.
Any time you change the quantity of an Item on an Order, the changes will be tracked within Order History.
