When working with Venues and Clients more than once, you may find yourself wanting to keep in mind specific details should you work together again.
For instance, does the Venue have policies about how or when you can deliver? Or did you promise a specific Planner a discount every time they work with you?
With RW’s Contact Preferences, you can store information about these Contacts so the next time you work together they’ll be impressed that you always remember the details.
Head to the Contacts icon in the upper left corner of your browser window.
Create a new Contact or select an existing one.
Navigate to the “Preferences” tab of the Contact.
Here you’ll find two note fields: Order Note & Internal Order Note
To edit these notes, click the green “Edit Contact” button.
Details entered in the Contact Order Note field will appear in the public facing “Note” field anytime this Contact is added to an Order.
Similarly, anything entered in the Contact Internal Order Note field will appear in the “Internal Note” field of the Order for only your team to see.
Once you’ve entered your notes, click the green “Save Contact” button.
Anytime this Contact is added to an Order, its notes will come along with it.
If you remove the Contact from the Order, the notes will remain with the Invoice.
