On your orders there are two types of notes that you can include.
Public Notes: This note field is just below the contact details of your order on the Event & Contact Details tab. You can use the Note field to include any information you’d like stored with the Order. This Note field does display on your Invoice PDFs for your client to see as well as on the Delivery PDFs and Pull Tickets for your Crew to see. The character limit for public order notes is around 2,000 characters.
The Internal Note field only displays here within RW Elephant and on your Pull Ticket PDFs. It does not display on any Client-facing communication like Invoice PDFs or Delivery Ticket PDFs. We recommend keeping the character limit for internal notes below 1,000.
This is a good place to communicate extra information to your crew. “Deliver around back. Stairs are to the left. Don’t drop my favorite sofa.”
