To view the Order Creation Date for an Order, head to the Orders icon in the upper left corner of your browser window.
Search and select the pertinent Order from the list of Orders on the left.
In the “Event & Contact Detail” tab, scroll to the very bottom. In the bottom right corner, you’ll find the day the order was originally created under “Order Creation Date.”
