When your customers make a payment online through your Online Payment Page, they will be sent an Online Payment Confirmation Email.
You can customize this email to provide the info you want and to match your brand voice. Include Reference Tags in the subject and body of the email. They will automatically populate Order-specific information. See examples in the email below. You can also find a full list of available Reference Tags here.
To edit the Payment Confirmation Email Template, first click on the “Accounts” icon in the upper right corner of your browser window. Then choose “Email Templates” in the column on the left.
Click the green “Edit” button, find the Payment Confirmation Template in the list, and get started!
