When your customers make a payment online through your Online Payment Page, they will be sent an Online Payment Confirmation Email.
You can have this email say anything you want. You can also include reference tags that will automatically populate the email with information specific to your client. See examples in the email below.
You can access and edit this email in your Account Settings under Email Templates.
