The Custom ID field is for any identifying info you’d like to include for your Inventory Item. Many users add a serial number, inventory code, SKU, or other Custom ID they want to track with each Item.
This field is not required. RW is a highly searchable database, so there’s no need to come up with a numbering system if you don’t already have one!
