Here’s how to delete an Item that was created or duplicated by accident.
Click on the “Items” icon in the upper left corner of your web browser.
Select the applicable Category (from the left column) and then Item you wish to delete (from the second column).
With the Item highlighted click the “-” button at the top of the column.
A window will pop up to ask if you want to delete the Item.
Click the blue “Delete” button.
The Item will disappear.
Note that RW will not allow you to delete an Item that has ever been on an Order. That’s for your records. If it was on a Proposal, Confirmed, or Cancelled Order, you can’t delete it this way.
There are separate functions for removing Items that have been Damaged or Sold.
