Contact Settings

Within RW Elephant, you can add Contacts to your Orders as Clients, Coordinators, Venues, and Onsite Contacts.

In addition to RW Elephant's internal contact database, you can integrate your account with Highrise's CRM.

To integrate with Highrise, navigate to the Account icon in the upper right corner of your browser window.

In the left column, click on "Contact Settings."

Click the green "Edit" button at the top of your browser window.

Enter your Highrise URL (e.g., https://yourcompany.highrisehq.com).

Then enter your Highrise API Token.

Click the green "Save" button and your Highrise contacts will now be available within your Orders.
