What exactly is a Rental Mind Meld group? I’m so glad you asked.
We recently put together some like-minded specialty event rental pros (who also happen to be RW Elephant loyalists) for a weekly mastermind video call. We met each week for six weeks straight and dove into a new topic each time. We hashed out what’s working and what’s not in their specialty event rental businesses. We talked logistics, sales, employees, marketing… you name it! What an exciting experience it was to hear the triumphs and challenges that they each faced, the ideas and encouragement they brought to one another, and the enthusiastic results of this new community.

Our next Event Rental Mind Meld group will meet once per week via video conference. Each week we’ll cover a new topic including: core values, sales, marketing, logistics, goal-setting, & staffing.
You’ll have a brief homework assignment each week so we all come to the meeting prepared. Our weekly meetings will last ninety minutes so we have plenty of time for everyone in the group to contribute. Each group will only include one business owner from a particular region to allow for the most freedom to share.
