We’re enthusiasts for simple, intuitive, clean software that does its job with excellence. We’re big fans of 37signals' customer relationship management system Highrise. In fact, we like it so much that we decided to integrate it with RW Elephant from the get-go.

One of the goals of RW Elephant is to make you more efficient in your workflow. For us, part of that means not reinventing the wheel. We think that Highrise has a pretty good wheel as far as CRMs go so we’re taking advantage of it.

Here are some of the reasons we like it:

  • It keeps all of your contacts in one place and everyone from your company can see them. No need to email contact details back & forth. Everyone stays updated and can access the same data.
  • Highrise keeps track of your emails with their dropbox feature so you can see all of your notes and emails for a contact in one place. You can get caught up instantly.
  • Organizing your contacts is easy with their Tags feature. You can sort people by state, job description, relationship to you, etc. Tags allow you to keep track of contacts anyway you want.
  • Their Tasks feature allows you to remind yourself to reconnect or follow up with clients in the future–so helpful when you’re working with a long sales cycle.
